I purchased a book from hotbooksales.com (BBV BOOKS) in August if 2010. The total cost of the book was $5.91. I hadn't noticed till fifteen months later that the company was charging me $19.95 for a membership that I never signed. I called reeeeeeeepeatedly and only got three months of membership fees back. Straight up crooks, thieves, and liars. Be careful should be locked up
