This man advertised a 7 bdrm, 6 bath home for rent in New Orleans at 1201 Chatres St, #2, which is actually a 2-bedroom condo for sale. He asked for $1,000 up front, which we DID NOT send in as I intervened today for my college-aged daughter and her friends by trying to help them with an "agreement letter" that never transpired. All the emails were sent to VACATION RENTALS and signed by Frank Gerson, who didn't even write (and probably didn't speak) correctly, which you would have assumed a professional business would have provided to it's clients. A further search on VACATION RENTALS.com showed no such listing either. What a scumbag and a criminal. He should be arrested.
