They intentionally rip off the elderly and those with limited sight. An hour after forcing me into buying two keyboards (for my elderly father) and charging me double shipping, someone at their company billed me without permission for another order. I was nowhere near a computer at the time. This supposedly $15 item is going to coast me $60. Their customer service number is a scam - it's impossible for them to stop the charge or refund your money. Operators Adrinna (#485) and Barbara (#506) tried to scam me into thinking the customer status option is a way you can cancel an order, but it is not. Then they told me to send back one package "refused, " but even assuming I'd get a refund (Barbara's mantra is "We can't guarantee anything"), I've lost out on $15 shipping.
