Free sample paid for postage, then debited my account £54 & £74. Phoned to cancel and complain, then took a further £79.99 out of my account. No new product received! You need to phone your bank to stop continuous authority payment or it will continue to happen. Phoned company said I would get refund within 7-10 days. Try claiming from bank as goods not received after 28 days.
