I purchased a 2 yr. Subscription to Readers Digest as a gift for my Mother in October. I called to see when to expect it to begin and was told after 120 days so not until mid January. It never began so I tried caling the no. Again. 800-653-0655. Now the phone does not ring at all. The salesman Kenneth Carter signed the receipt. It states on the receipt, "if you do not receive this subscription in 120 days then you are entitled to a refund." I googled the company name and it comes up as SCAM!
