My wife also brought the cream from these people and paid post and package but since the 5th jan we have had 3x £79.99 taken out of our account this month and Barclays bank will not and can not stop it, we have had to close the account down and move all our direct debits and wages and morgages to another account, as the bank said they can just keep taking this amount and it takes at least 31 days for the bank to do anything, which by then we would be broke, so much for the helping banks, this is all just one big con.
