When I expressed my dissatisfaction pertaining to the company charging me for inaccurate information the representative could only apologize and ask me would I like to cancel my account. Basically to me that was just a way of saying, we got you, you got us, so we are even. There definitely should be an in-depth investigation regarding the numerous, consistent complaints about this company. Hopefully with me giving them my card information, won't result in a future, more serious inquiry.
