I ordered free product samples of biocleanse pills in November.in December two monthly instalment payments were removed from my bank account despite me not having received anything. When I cancelled my credit card to stop them stealing any more, and got the bank to try and recover the money, funnily enough, the trial pills turned up, 2 months after the initial purchase and too late to return within the 14 day order period.
