They cancelled my membership when it was supposed to be lifetime then when I questioned why with a supposedly live agent. She replied just pay the lifetime fee and I said I did pay it. She said well you have remembered to pay. I said just give me a customer service number so I can resolve this issue, she said sorry no customer service. I'm done I told her thanks for nothing there was no reply.
