On 11-10 made an order for $549.00 and have not received the product or refund yet! Irie Miller;Amy Jones or Anna Serputko (picked up the money gram) the one we have been trying to deal with Irie and Amy will e-mail us and say "please let us wait" I have been waiting since November. I ask for a refund and they ignore me - as they have live support and always boot me off Irie refuses to talk to me. How do I go about getting my money back; report them for scamming me; and try to get it so they can not scam any more people. They should not be allowed to scam people on line and keep doing it there website states 100% refund if your order has been approved and not shipped within 20 days full refund I can not get a full refund as the company simply egnores me - what can I do???
