Well this is the story i have a spare room in my apartment and Mr Garza need a place to stay because his dad and grandma threw him out so me being a (" friend ") decided to lead a hand the agreement was that he pay 100.00 to rent every month and every other week pitch in for food and other house hold expenses well everything was going fine till around my birthday with was in Nov. He started lacking on paying his phone that my husband so nicely helped get for him and no paying all the rent he gave me hafe with is $ 50. Oo and he bought food. Well i said nicely when can u come up with the rest he kept putting me off well the next month came now that's Dec. Well again he paid$ 50.00 and food again then didn't come home and left his stuff in the room well i said im not a storage space i found someone else that needed a place to stay. I went in the room nicely packed everything up and put in my car drove to i thought would be the place he was at i was right i gave him the stuff and asked for my key back and left the place. I think that he should still re pay me for the rent my land load is asking me for the money and i don't have it i am on a low income budget and what i get doesnt cover his part i don't need to thrown out of my place for what lack of responsibility hes not talking hes 3o to 34 years old i think hes old enough to know right from wrong.
