Invested 40k in the land bank located in UK during promised 300% return within 2-3 years as the development plan had been submitted and near approval. Ask them to put these promosies in written contract but refused. Aggressive media campaign using ESPN / Star channels tv sport channel celebrities to coerce potential investors. Posh office in Malaysia too.
