I bought a T-12 turntable 2 months ago. When delivered, it produced sound through only one channel, possibly something came loose in shipping, no big deal. Took it to the Mays Landing, NJ location. They looked it over, said they had to send it to a 3rd party for repairs, and it would be 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later no wordcso I called, they claimed to check onbit and said another week or two. 6 weeks gone, I called again, Kev tells me, "I promise, I'll check and call you back today". Couple DAYS later, Kev won't take my call and has a lackey tell me (rudely), "He's busy. Says to tell you we'll call you when
It's ready".
In person, these guys come off as great, knowledgeable, and helpful. But after the sale they don't give a damn. They farm out their repair work and either CAN'T track it, or don't care to.
PAY a PROFESSIONAL for repairs, don't wait for these guys.
