I have already filed 1 complaint but thought of something else to tell you. I ordered 2 womens denali northface jackets on 1-1-12 on 1-27-12 i receved them. I opened the box and was so disappointed new right away they were fake, will send you one if it will help stop some of this taking advantage of people. Ihave a invoice if you need it.#95818
