Words cannot describe the way this company handles business practices. From forging employee contracts and performing fraudulent background checks for illegal immigrants to work for this home based company I CANNOT believe they have been in business for over a decade.
The owner, Paul Willi, does not have a conscience and is the most unethical person I have ever met in my 25 years of employment. I am not a quitter so I spent 3 months working for this man out of his home based business. I worked from 8 to 5; 5 days a week inside his home with 2 other employees and at least 3 illegal immigrants that he has set up in a hotel to do "side" work.
Now that it is tax time I found that the W-9 he had me sign on my first day of work was meant for a short project and not full time work. I am now finding out that I owe the IRS a bit of money because my full time position should have been documented with a w-2 form. But, this was not the case. I know that this man has problems with the IRS but don't know all of the details so I won't elaborate on that issue.
I have personally witnessed client contracts being signed by Paul, himself, or other employees in order to collect final payments from insurance carriers. I have also witnessed and been asked to forge signatures to run background checks on various contractors.
I have been verbally abused, yelled at (and when I say yelled at I mean SCREAMED at) for asking simple questions. I am not the only person that has taken this verbal abuse. Contractors and employees, his girlfriend who stayed at the home often during work hours and worst of all the clients that he should be working for. I heard him scream, call people liars, and thieves to find any way to try to collect payment on work that was never performed with no intent of completing to specification as promised. Estimates that were generated by the software used by his firm were modified outside of the program to increase the profit for Trident.
