Stole my credit card numbers from a purchase I had made. Charged me $24.95 on 12/27 and 01/23. Canceled my old card. Called AWI on 01/26 at 1305 Eastern Time Zone. A male claiming he was the answering service. I asked him why is the answering service on during business hour, he said the other representatives were busy with other customers. Took my telephone numbers for a call back. I doubt it. Wonder if a legitimate company had my information stolen and kept hush hush about it. Is there a governmental agency I can call / report?
