They called me reguarding "Home Modificartion" and refianancing my home. They quoted me a lower intrest rate and payment and said I needed to send the "new payment" amount to them to start the modification process. As a result I have lost my mortgage payment for january in the amount of $1075.00. They are still calling me and saying they are still working on my modification. They also said they were with my current mortgage company. I called my mortgage company and they never heard of these people and thats when I realized they are "SCAMMERS"!
