I've had my IMVU account for about 4 years. Recently, I randomly lost power over my account (of course IMVU didn't email me or ask tell me anything about it). I found out about it when i attempted to log on to my account. After I could get into it I request a new password three times and there was none emailed. So because calling the number given was useless, I had to create a ticket. I had to wait between 3-5 days just to get a response. And when they did they told me I need to tell them the information they requested. But because I didn't remember the email I used when i first created my account (remember it was 4 years ago and I did change it to an email address I check everyday) and also because I used a temp card and through it away (GreenDot) it was useless. All I did was ask them to work with me to prove that it was really mine. But because I didn't give them exactly what they wanted they stopped replying to my email. I was able to provide everything but those to items. But they refuse to even hear me out or even help me. I realize there are people who actually steals accounts but I feel like it's unfair. Do NOT create an account with them. Its just a huge money scam. And in exchange for your money they give you virtual money and viruses!
