We were assured over and over that we could rent a condo for 12 weeks (Jan Feb Mar) in Florida. They said they had thousands to choose from. Plus we would get huge discounts on all other interntional travel.
First it took me forever to even get someone to give me quotes. Then the prices were absurd. We've been Florida snowbirds for 7 years and never have a problem finding a reasonably priced condo. The prices TSU quoted were double and triple what we normally pay. One location was $4000/month. We had stayed at this resort a few years ago and paid much less than that. Plus we didn't want a resort, we wanted a condo where we could actually live for 3 months.
I finally gave up on these people. Then I asked for a quote for a trip to Europe with Cosmos. It took over 2 weeks for them to give me the quote, and it was within $3 of another quote I received, from a company I usually deal with. AND I DON"T NEED TO PAY $3300 TO GET THE SAME PRICE.
I've tried finding other good deals on their website. We are very flexible, yet I can't find anything that meets our needs. How odd!
This company is a total ripoff. I would complain to BBB but they haven't actually done anything illegal (YET). Just lied to everyone during the presentation.
