Has happened before but from other companies. Started receiving a "subscription fee" for a service that was never solicited or signed up for.
Had some words with my service provider for allowing these unscrupulous "businesses" to arbitrarily begin billing a customer obviously in the hope that it will go unnoticed on their bill. I'm sure I have not been the first to complain to them about these practices as this is the second time in less than a year it has occurred to me.
