The company advertised this product saying that it was free and only need to pay p&p which cost £7.99, so i ordered and gave y bank details and i was so shocked that they've taken 234.97 on my account without any prior notice nor confirmation; phoned them and the staff said that they could'nt refund what they've taken on my account because the maximum date was already expired which i haven't got any idea what they're on about, kindly help me to have my money back please.
