I ordered a trial of sensa And tried it for two weeks. I was told I had 30 days to return if I was not satified. The instructions were to get a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) which I did and was given #1776792 which was to appear in large number on the outside of the package. I was told I could mail by any method I chose. It was sent by parcal post. It had two weeks to get there. When I called the company I was ask for a routing number. I was treated very disrepectful. They said they did not have a record of my order being returned or my order but they had my credit card number and was going to send me another order. I had to cancel my credit card to end this. My cresit card company is looking into this.
