A message pop up on my computer to renew my internet security
software. I kept trying to log on to the internet but could not.info
said that I had virus of something that could be harmful to my computer and it stated that I need to renew my software. The only
way I colud get my computer to operate was to renew. They said
that it was from microsoft for my windows operating system. So I
gave my credit card number and they debted my account. Then again on 1/22 I had the same problem again and it was asking
for another fee to be paid. Therfore I shut down my computer and
look up info on my account where they had debted my account.
I tried to contact the website on my account but there was message stating that this website was part of a scam. Therefore I was not able to contact anyone. So I am trying to get my money
back!!! Thanks
