Broswer was not working and a number popped up telling us we had to call to get our web up and running... We called and spoke with them and they stated that we could not get access to our web because we had a virus... They asked if we would let them see what was going on and we did. We had to log on to a website and gave them access to see what was in the hard drive and things like that. They told us people hacked into our internet access and had locked us out.in order for us to gain access again we would have to pay 239.00 for a year of service. We informed them that, that was to expensive. They went down on the price and stated that they would give us a month of service for 136.00. Yet again we stated that that price was to expensive so they stated that we could recieve a sweep of the computer for 69.95. We did not know that this was a scam so we gave them our credit card number but little did we know our money was not deposited into the bank yet. A few days later they deducted the money from our count and we never recieved any service... We were all shocked so we decided to look up thier site and this is what came up. It looked as if it was a real site, they even had a 1-800 number and customer support services.
