I ordered the first two items from an advert I saw online. The eye cream was supposed to come free along with the other two. I don't remeber the price quoted for the first two items but it was less than €50. I only got my statement yesterday and was appalled to see that I was chared €91.30, plus 97.38 plus €62.52 for the "free" eye cream. Is there any possibity getting a refund. I have bought products online for many years and this has never happened before.
