Ordered web site on 8-18-11. $39.95 subtracted from my account, immediatly. Checked box to NOT be billed, reoccuringly. Web site billed me again on 8-23-11. Disputed charges with the help of my bank, who agreed that I was billed twice. Now, BPARHELP claims that I owe them the second 39.95 billing plus late fees. Checked the NOT to be billed box within 24 hours of the original payment on 8-18-11. Please help...
