I was billed for a car freshener. I've never seen this site before. I called the number that was listed on my billing statement and got an answer. It was a female with a weird accent. I asked her why was I billed for something that I didn't buy. She claimed that she would review it, she then put me on hold. And after she told me that an car freshener had been purchased. I got mad and told her that I never made the purchase. Immediately she said without dispute, "I can refund your account, would you like that?" And told me that it would be back in my account in two to three days. I said ok and then told her that she needed to explain why I was getting billed for something I didn't buy. She said she didn't know of course. I also disputed the amount with my bank and reported the fraudulent charge.
