I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter for Christmas. When I got the boots, I realized that they were fake. The synthetic lining falls out in clumps and was not even attached to the inside of the foot. I tried every phone number listed as a contact and they were either disconnected numbers or the line was busy every time I tried.
