I wanted to investigate someone. Figured the 1.00 offer wasnt worth it, that I should pay the higher price & get my money's worth... So far I haven't been able to perform the background check. Keeps prompting me to spend another 29.99 or 24.99, whichever. I am so mad. There is no phone # to call anyone, no live csr service rep. Nothing!!!
