I ordered the TRiAL Organa Skim & Organa Cleanse for a small postage cost. When the products didn't arrive within 3 week, i emailed with no response. My Credit Card was also charged an additional $92.13. I googled the name of the transaction (extmangobill) and finaly got a phone number. Thet told me that if i didn't follow-up my order within the specified time, a months supply would be sent and charged. I argued that i still hadnt received my trial bottles so why would i want to purchase more and there isn't sufficiant time for the product to arrive. The lady i spoke to told me that it has already been shipped from US and charged and was too late to cancel. She also said that as its coming from US the postal service are required to hold it for security clearance - another reason why this scam works.
I insisted that my account be cancelled and received a cancellation number for each product. I advise all others to do the same.
