The ad for this e-cig appeared on the Weather Channel Site. Sounded tooooo good to be true at $4.95 but seemed legit. My thought was they make money on the refill cartridges after initial sale.
So, sure enough I got the kit and my card was billed 4.95.14 for foreign transaction fee... Hmmmm. THEN, i get a call from my Card Company saying there was a suspicious charge for $180.00 and my card was on hold. Called them back and sure enough... These crooks had attempted 3 times to get the extra $ I was not told about. Thanks to my CC Company for blocking it. Had to cancel the card and re-issue. Fricken scammers emerald-lux
