An alert came up saying that I had a virus and my laptop was frozen. The only thing to do was to click on an amount and to have my files restored. After, clicking the amount another alert came on stating that for an additional amount they would again restore my files. NOTHING!!! I had to take my computer in and have it worked on. I immediately went to the bank and filed a dispute and had the card changed. Lesson learned!!!
