We received a letter via mail that we could have our loan restructured at a lower fixed interest rate, but needed topay $1,499.00 to have this done. We did, and we have been rug along ever since. We have not received any phone calls back, and have heard nothing, INCLUDING no paperwork from them. Now the phone number for the company is out of service. Just horrible and so dissapointing.
