I placed an order for two hard drives for the amount of $433.78 on Dec. 17. They only accept check draft which was drawn on Dec. 21. I sent several emails in January, a couple times they responded indicating that they are waiting for the fund to be cleared which did not make any sense since the money was already taken from my checking account. Last week I sent a cancellation request but never heard back from them. I called my bank hoping that the bank can reverse the the charges. This company is a scam... No phone number to call and no live customer service to talk to.
