I was looking for a home to move into, and was surfing on the internet, specifically craigslist. I was led to believe a certain home was up for sale through phone calls and emails. He gave descriptions of the locations and said it was only $700/month. It was really hard to believe, but i thought i was just lucky. After numerous phone calls and talking to each other, he led me to think that if i paid him, i would immediately move into the home. And so i did. He told me the keys were to come through mail the next day, when that failed to happen, he then cut all connections with me, that is after getting the money.
