Just received an e-mail telling me that my cell phone bill was available. When I looked at the bill I noticed it was higher than expected. I looked into the bill and noticed 2 seperate charges $9.99 on my bill. After being passed to a third Customer service rep t-mobile agred to remove the charges from my bill. The # in question isn't a cell, but it is a home phone similar to Vonage it cannot send or receive text messages
