I checked my account this afternoon and there was a charge for 38.99 so i called my bank and they gave me the information to call utell i have no clue who this is i know i do be online during loans and stuff but i would have had no use for a voice activated or something the man said you can use the internet like a phone. I just want my money back but i don't know what to do the man cancelled the subscription that i never applied for. Confused!!!
