So, I'm at home trying to find a film to watch online. I find Megaflix.net with a FREE 5 DAY ONLINE TRIAL. 5 days later i find myself with a charge of £31.99 ($49.95) in my bank statement from megaflix. Completely confused as to where this charge has come from I google my problem to see if other people have had the same thing. Its of no surprise to see another complaint on this site about the EXACT same thing. I later find in the terms and conditions a section saying "We will begin billing your Payment Method for monthly membership fees at the end of the free trial period of your membership unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period." This is all very well, but if the site is not letting me log onto my account, HOW am I meant to be able to cancel my membership and avoid any further charges!? I am University student and cant afford to be losing money in this way. Will definitely be calling them later demanding a full refund, as it has not been my fault that I am being denied access to my account!
