I was double-billed after cancelling this membership in prepaid legal services. I continued to be billed monthly $19.95 for 7 months. The only way I could stop the monthly charges was to cancel the credit card through my bank. I called several times and spoke only once to a man there who asked me to send him a copy of the double billing. I sent him the information, but never heard from him nor anyone else at this co.
I contacted my bank to dispute it, but the bank says they can go back only 2 months. I.E. I lost out on the credit for 5 months.
