I order some men shoes online from colehaanoutlet.com on 12/31 and I never recieved a tracting number to this date. I did recieved a email from http://www.fashionpay.com / (The system e-mail. Please do not reply) There was no way to call or email Fashionpay or Cole Haan. I am so hurt and upset all at the same time. These Cole Haan Casual Pure White shoes are for my grandson. And his birthday is 1/19 and no shoes. Bank of America was payed from Shunchangfirm Co., LtD every one was payed but no shoes. Under contact details: it states Coustomer service line 86-13760231987 and customer service line 86-0755-25195738 and email: [email protected] all of that and no shoes no way to contact anyone. I do not have anymore money to get him anything an now that I look up fashionpay and no contact information there has to be some way to get the money back. For Cole Haan to be a world wide company they should not scam people. What am I to do now. Even the Shunchangfirm is a scam company. Just another way to report a scam. How am I going to get my money back. These company that are scamming people should be in jail. Thats just no right. An I have learn NEVER to ORDER anything ONLINE. This is so painful.
