A client of mine with an aquired brain injury sent for a sample which was received - money was deducted from VISA, so far so OK. No way did she sign up for repeat orders, yet she has been billed for ongoing monthly deliveries. I have cancelled her bank card, written to the firm in Linlithgow Scotland, cannot find an email address for them, tried phoning and was put on musical hold in a foreign country so hung up. Bank has advised that this firm may still access clients account even though the card has been changed, if so the client will have to change her bank account.
