I took a 30 days free Plaxo card trial and gave my creditcard information. I tried to end the trial twice within the 30 days because I did not get my account working. After the month they withdrew the amount from my credit card. I mailed them twice again to at least get things working so I would be able to send cards. No reaction whatsoever. I am completely fed up with this situation and do not know how to reach them.
