I was also scammed by Jennings Loan Services NY as I was desparately seeking a loan from a high risk financial institution to assist with expenses from my daughter wedding. Catherine Fraser contact me and told me that I was approved for $5000.00 (US dollars) as they were able to locate a lender. I just needed to send them 484.02 (US dollars) by Western Union to secure the loan that would be used as a down payment. My funds would be transferred into my checking account within 48 hours. My sub-conscience told me this is too good and easy to be true. However, the desire to make my daughters wedding one to remember was stronger than the voice of my sub-conscience. Thus, I sent the money... What happen next was a disaster... I did not hear back from them once I sent the money.in fact, I called and called with no response. Four weeks after the payment I received a call from a Michael Fraser, Financial Manager. He appologized for how my application was handled and promised me a $100.00 Walmart gift card for the inconvenience. And he also said that he was taking on my account and would find a lender to approve my application and transfer the funds into my account within 48-72 hours. Within a week I receved another call from Michael Fraser stating they found a lending but I needed to send an additional $400.00 (US dollars). I indicated I did not have any more funds to send and to use the down payment I sent four weeks prior. He said he would try to find a lender that would take that down payment and to call back in a week for an update. This went on for two weeks. I finally had enough and told him to refund my money. He then proceeded to tell me that $200.00 would be deducted as a fee for their services and would be refunded in 30 days. Never heard from him or their company again... Please do not do any business with this group!!!
