Ordered from website hugobossoutlet. Eu dec 29th charge went thru on jan 2 still no merchandise. I have rcvd 2 response emails from fashion pay, contact name yoyo. The emails were of no help and stated charges were right and merchandise on its way. Tomorrow filing claim for false charges.
