I ordered a free sample of Perfect Radiance Serum & Revita Derm Moisturisor on 19 November. I did not receive the free samples and have this month received some products and upon receiving my bank statement in January have found that a total of £315 has been taken out of my account by this company which I have not authorised and did not even receive the trial products in order to trial and reject or choose to continue to receive them. It is also completely obvious that the selling practices of this company are immoral and misleading and do not provide clear information to a consumer. I have emailed the company at perfectradiance.co.uk but only received an auto generated response to say someone would get back to me, which surprisingly they haven't. I have contacted my bank who have marked this as a disputed payment and ultimately I want to try and get my money back as I have not received products to warrant these payments in the first place. My bank was well aware of this company and therefore I find it even more alarming that they are still allowed to be trading.
