I ordered two coats from what I thought was The Northface store, but was not provided a confirmation number. I went back to the site and noticed that the contact was to a hotmail address. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order but was told that it has already been shipped. According to their "policy" I was well within the six hour cancellation period. So I contacted my bank and a fraud charge is pending. These scam artists have not provided me with a return address to complete the claim with my bank. They also tried to bill me for an extra $138.70.
