I was sent a check for $971.58 and told to cash it. I deposited it into my account but it has not cleared and says that it won't until 1/23. I doubt it will ever clear. The letter says I have 5 days to send $500 through a GREENDOT Money Pak or I won't receive the rest of the funds. Of course I am not going to send any money unless for some reason the check clears, which I'm pretty sure now is not going to happen. I knew it was too good to be true!!!
