(2) "7" Android tablets ordered for my Grand-children for X-mas defective. My daughter and I have tried to reach the company now for 3 weeks, via phone, website, and/or live CHAT (that is always offline). Message boards state leave message and someone will responsd in 48 hrs. And no one ever does. The total given at the end of the order was less than the total taken from my account. This company ruin my Grandchildrens biggest present. Now I'm out of my money and still have to get them both working tablets. This is truly a BUYER BEWARE COMPANY.
