Silicon investments sent my cell phone a text message saying "we are signing you up for our "gossiptexts" which will give you downloaded text message daily on hollywood actors, etc. We will bill you $9.99 monthly unless you call this xxx number and decline!" i did not call them to decline unsolicited business and the billing appeared on next months cell phone bill. I called cell phone provider and told them to cancel the charge (which they at first refused to do! Then a live operator agreed to give me credit.)
everyone similarly victimized, file an easy complaint with the ftc and maybe we can get these guys befor they flee to mexico or?
