Just checking online bank acct, when I notice a transaction was done without my authorizing, I call my bankers, I told them what happen and they gave me the information, phone number and order number. I call the company, talk to one of the rep. And she told me they will refund my money. I told her why they do take out money without consents, she just hang up on me. Someone has to stop these people that just take out money from other people accounts.
